Main duties:
In charge of designing new products, developing new technologies and improving existing processes.
Requirements:
- Male or female
- Bachelor (S1) or Master degree (S2) from mechanical, electrical, chemical, product design, physics, math or industrial with min GPA 3.0
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Preferably with experience, especially from the tire manufacturer
- Computer literate and Proficient in English
- Able to speak mandarin is an advantage
- Understand root cause analysis system and AutoCAD
- Finite Element Analysis skill is an advantage
- Able to operate CATIA and MasterCAM CNC machine
- Innovative and excellent analytical skill
- Problem analysis and problem resolution at both strategic and functional level
- Willing to be Factory located in Tangerang
