ASABRI is Jakarta based state-owned insurance company, running business in social insurance and implementing pension payments for members of TNI, POLRI and the Civil Servants (PNS) in Ministry of Defense (Kemhan)/POLRI. ASABRI was founded in 1971 and is fully owned by the Government of Indonesia. At present, ASABRI has 12 branches, 12 supporting branches, 1 Central Service Unit and 1 Specific Service Unit spread in all over Indonesia. ASABRI’s performance in 2012 improved over the previous year, according to ASABRI Annual Report 2012 as cited by infokerja.net. The Company revenue in 2012 reached Rp 1.73 trillion with 10.85% increase compared to 2011 which was Rp1.56 trillion.

Kepala Kantor Cabang
Medan, Makassar, Jayapura, Ambon dan Banda Aceh

Administration Requirements
  • Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
  • Members / Retired Military / Police a minimum rank of Lieutenant Colonel (Letkol).
  • Have a good health (physical and spiritual)
  • Minimum age 50 years as of December 2013, preferably new retirement for 1 year
  • Willing to early retirement for active members of Military/Police
  • Not been dismissed "with no respect"
  • Not located as a member and / or political party officials
  • Computer literate
Qualifications
  • Minimum S1 from accredited major or SESKO graduate
  • Preferably have managerial experience at least 3 years
  • Have a good leadership skill
  • Able to build good relationships with relevant partners
  • Understanding the laws and regulations related to insurance companies, financial statements and employment
  • Have integrity, good self-control and extensive knowledge
  • Able to understand the company's business processes
